How through are your inspections?
I do not go over my ponies with a magnifying glass. I'm not a picky collector, I appreciate all ponies. So, while a pony may look flawless to me, and it would to most people who don't pull out the magnifying glass, there may be small flaws at times that I will overlook. If you are an extremely picky collector, be warned. There are no refunds for flaws you had to search for.
I do not give partial refunds. You must return the item for a refund. NO SHIPPING REFUNDS, EVER.
